A friend of mine who is part of my mental health Youtube vlogging friends challenged me to try to vlog every day for 30 days. She felt I seemed down and vlogging for 30 days is something her therapist had her do and it helped a lot. With all the nonsense and hate going on right now with my other social media accounts I figured why not give it a go. Below is my video for day 2.
