So I got a 2 year membership to 24 hour fitness and have been working out but not seeing a change in my weight. So Last week I started a low carb diet and I’m down 13lbs in a week. I know it’s mostly water weight but hey it shows me that I can do this. Anyway I prefer using the elliptical machine and then hitting the weights but I’ve been trying to mix it up a bit so maybe next week I’ll hit the pool.
I’m a bit nervous about the pool because I’m not a very good swimmer. I think I may just do laps in the pool to see how it goes. See ya next week.
