Anxiety really sucks! I have to train someone at work again today and I had so much trouble sleeping because I dread this part of my job the most.
I’m just not comfortable with human interaction in real-time. I’ve taken a couple anxiety pills and they’re not even helping so today is really going to be a bad day for me.
I really wish I had a way to keep my anxiety away maybe I just need to learn actual social skills so I won’t be so afraid of talking to people. Luckily, I only have two more days left of training with this person.
