So I kinda fell off the wagon on my weight loss journey and started putting on weight again after my mothers death. Today I have started getting the ball rolling in losing some weight after receiving some bad news about my health. It seems that a lot of the pain I have been experiencing when exercising is actually a warning sign of a very serious health issue which can cause me to lose my leg or even possibly death.
It was the result in death part that got my attention. I don’t want to leave my wife without a husband or children without a dad so I decided this is it. Regardless of how much I don’t want to do this I find that this time I must or else there may not be a tomorrow for me.
So I’ve decided to put the following weight loss tips to use and add more as I progress.
1) Drink more water and if I drink something that is not water it must be tea.
2)Eat food low in GI
3)Walk at least 1 hour a day and start going to the gym again
4)Go to bed earlier at night
5)Drink at least 16oz’s of water and eat some fiber before lunch and dinner
Hopefully these tips will help get me started in the right direction and start feeling healthier.
